Dr. Hancock was born and raised in a small town in Georgia. He graduated from Valdosta State University where he received a Bachelors of Science degree. He completed his professional medical education at Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine in Miami, where he also met his wife. Residency training took Dr. Hancock to Houston Texas, where he trained at multiple hospitals , surgical centers and clinics under The Greater Texas Education Foundation. His training centered extensively on surgery as well as diabetic wound care and limb salvage. After working several years in private practice and at a wound care facility in the Dallas/Forth Worth area, he decided to relocate his practice to Central Florida to be closer to family. Dr. Hancock's practice encompasses the complete realm of podiatric medical care from general podiatric medicine to lower extremity wound care and limb salvage.
